This project was founded because we lost a young man, Matthew Truax – age 16 to Sudden Cardiac Arrest in September 2013.

September 18, 2015

Matthew’s friends and parents, Jerry & Melinda Truax celebrated what would have been his 19th Birthday and also celebrated the installation of 27 AEDs in five high schools — Meadowdale, Lynnwood, Edmonds/Woodway, Mountlake Terrace & Scriber Lake. Fundraising continues in order to place AEDs in remaining 5 middle and 22 elementary schools.
